Terms and conditions:

The Wanaka Trail Ride is a combined fundraising event organised by Wanaka Primary School PTA and Montessori Children’s House. All entries become the property of the Organisers.  You agree to the Organisers, Wanaka Primary School PTA and Montessori Children’s House, and all other companies associated with the event collecting and holding your personal information for the purposes of the event, for future promotion and marketing purposes, and for communicating with you about their products and services. To access or request correction of your personal information please contact the Organisers.

The person accepting responsibility for registration will be required to read and accept the conditions of the Wanaka Trail Ride declaration and disclaimer form as part of the online registration process.

All registered riders must sign in and receive the official registration stickers which must be clearly affixed to the motorcycles before entering any tracks that make up the Wanaka Trail Ride.

Confirmation of Registration:

A confirmation email will be sent out to you once we receive full payment.  Please either print off a copy of this email to bring on the day or save a copy to your phone as evidence of payment and registration.
